When values meet power, leadership gets complicated.

What happens when doing what is right conflicts with what is strategic?

How does responsibility change when leaders hold real influence?

What happens when the most consequential decisions have no easy answers?

Join Dr. Omid Aschari for a Meet the Leader conversation exploring the strategic tensions between values, power, and responsible leadership.

A conversation for leaders who want to understand not just how to lead, but how to lead responsibly when the stakes are high.
