You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Your Content and Trademarks

Subject to your rights in your own content, CircleMeUp, including our name, logo, visual design, trademarks, service marks, and all related branding elements, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Techkrafton Solutions or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written permission.

If you provide feedback, comments, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations about CircleMeUp, you agree that we may use them without restriction, compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CircleMeUp to:

• Infringe the rights of any person or organization.
• Upload harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Interfere with the security, stability, or performance of the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without permission.

9. Subscription Plans and Payments

We may offer subscription plans and related billing options. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and Razorpay. You agree to comply with the applicable payment provider terms. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techkrafton Solutions and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of CircleMeUp.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techkrafton Solutions and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date. Your continued use of CircleMeUp after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
