Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techkrafton Solutions and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
